8"x 8" pressed glass frame with original photographs. 
 
This piece is a  collage of photos that I have taken and collected over the years. The leaves are backed with a neon pink paper, creating a varied and glowing composition against the wall on which it is hung. 
 
The "specimen" composition is something I have felt drawn to this year. When each plant has space to breathe, it creates a precious quality contained within the glass box. While these plants often get overlooked in their natural habitat, this series aims to honor their exceptional uniqueness and beauty.
